The Washington University in St. Louis women's cross country team posted a perfect score at the Millikin H.W. Wright Classic on Friday evening.
The WashU women posted a perfect score of 15-points with just a single unattached runner displacing the Bears from the top-13 times overall. The Bears defeated seven teams on the 6K course.
The women were led by Paige Lawler's time of 22:03.23. Freshman Lara Rix (22:29.53), seniors Audrey Western (22:34.83), Mattie Gottbrath (22:52.04) and Anna Maurer(22:52.49) posted the four other scoring times for WashU.
The women recorded their second perfect score of the season after bettering Greenville in the season-opening dual at Forest Park.
