Senior Abbey Lawrence totaled 26 points, five rebounds, and three steals in a 94-40 Case Western Reserve University rout of Kenyon College. She shot 76.9 percent from the field (10-for-13), hitting both her three-point attempts.

Men’s Basketball

Matthew Schner—  Emory University  —  Boca Raton, FL (Grandview Prep)

Senior Matthew Schner averaged 24.7 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game as Emory University returned from the break with three wins. He matched his career-high with 30 points, hitting 14 of 19 field goals, in the Eagles’ 91-70 victory over University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Schner followed that with back-to-back double-doubles, posting 19 points and 11 boards in a 91-67 win over Birmingham-Southern College, and 25 points and 14 rebounds in an 87-65 win over Oglethorpe University. He shot 57.7 percent from the floor (30-for-52) over the three contests.
