#19 Tartans Drop Match at #30 Kenyon

(GAMBIER, Oh.) – The 19th-ranked Carnegie Mellon University men's tennis team traveled to Gambier, Ohio to play 30th-ranked Kenyon University on Friday afternoon. The Tartans dropped a 7-2 match to the Lords and are now 6-8 on the season while Kenyon moves to 8-7.
How it Happened
- After doubles play, Kenyon led 3-0.
- The Lords then took four of the six singles matches to secure the victory.
- The Tartans got their first point of the match when senior Nicholas Wernink won 6-1, 6-3 at fourth singles.
- The other Cardinal and Gray point came at first singles when freshman Raghav Jangbahadur won 6-2, 7-6 (7).
