ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Fontbonne University softball team dropped two games to WashU and split a doubleheader against Illinois College. The Griffins move to 5-14 on the season.
Game one
Fontbonne falls to WashU, 2-0
By the Numbers
- Makenzie Howell and Ellie Bartlett each had one hit.
- Grace Paez had two hits.
Hailey Kutz (2-5) took the loss in the circle. She pitched 6.0 innings and struck out three while allowing seven hits and two runs.

Fontbonne falls short to WashU in eight innings, 1-0
