The Scots fell behind quickly in the second half, giving up two goals in the 47th minute, the t thirty seconds apart. The first goal coming just seconds after Wening made his second penalty shot save of the game.
Macalester forced the Maroons to see out the game with a late offensive push including a saved shot taken by junior

Macalester returns to play away on Sunday, Sept. 1, away at the Carthage College in Kenosha, Wis. at 3:00 p.m.
