Senior Sean Lyons of NYU was named Most Valuable Player of the 2020 UAA Wrestling Championships hosted by the Violets at the Brooklyn Athletic Center on Saturday. He won both his matches at 157 pounds to help lead the hosts to the UAA title. Lyons defeated Mitchell Arch of Case Western Reserve University by technical fall (17-0) and won by major decision (11-1) over University of Chicago All-American Steve Bonsall.
