From Emory University Athletics

Members of the Emory volleyball team recently travelled to The Shepherd's Inn of the Atlanta Mission, a homeless shelter in downtown Atlanta, to prepare lunch bags for its residents.

In addition to picking up the food and preparing the lunch bags, the Eagles that took part attached Christmas cards to the bags.

The Shepherd's Inn serves up to 450 men with the goal of attaining independent living.  The Inn provides hot meals, a comfortable place to sleep, and genuine interaction with staff members.
