Rochester senior Nick Palladino has been selected as the Golfer of the Month for March by the Eastern College Athletic Conference.
 
Since Rochester began its spring season, he has earned all-conference honors in an event in Florida and been a medalist at an 18-team competition in southern Pennsylvania.
 
Palladino was the medalist at the rain-shortened McDaniel Invitational on March 29. He shot a one-over 73 to finish first in a field of 89 golfers. Rochester finished second in team scoring with 307 strokes, two behind fifth-ranked St. John Fisher College.
 
He also placed sixth out of 28 at the University Athletic Association Championship in Florida. Palladino was 3-over-par for the two rounds of the tournament, shooting 74 and 73 (147).
