Brandeis Headed Back to NCAA Tournament

The Brandeis University men's soccer team is returning to the NCAA Division III Tournament.

The Brandeis men will be hosting for the fourth year in a row. The Judges (16-2-1) will take on Thomas College (13-4-1) in the first round on Saturday evening at 5 p.m., while also hosting Rensselaer (11-4-3) and Stevens Institute of Technology (15-3-2) at 7:30 p.m.

The Judges are making their 13th overall appearance in the NCAA tournament under head coach Mike Coven, who is in his 43rd sesaon on the sidelines. Coven guided the Judges to a national championship in 1976 and runner-up status in 1984. Brandeis won its first-ever outright University Athletic Association title this season, going 6-1 in the conference and earning their first automatic bid to the tournament.
