Freshman Trevor Burke wrapped up competition at the NCAA Region 2 Diving Championships at Grinnell College Saturday afternoon, taking third place in the 3-meter, 11-dives event.

Burke finished third after recording a score of 445.35 across the 11 rounds. However, he just missed out on qualifying for the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships as Birmingham-Southern's Chaz Brouillette posted a score of 467.30 to earn the second NCAA allocation spot for Region 2 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps' Kendall Hollimon won his second event of the weekend, claiming the top spot on Saturday with a score of 520.70.
