Emory University senior Alex Ruderman got back into
the victory column Friday morning in singles action at the USTA/ITA
Small College Championships. The event is being held at the
Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, South Carolina.
Playing on the consolation side of the bracket, Ruderman battled
his way to a 6-3, 7-6
(8-6) decision over Glenn Hull of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. The
victory sends Ruderman into Saturday's fifth-place match where he
will face Adam Krull of Trinity University.
