The New York University men's tennis team completed play at the Four in the Fall Tournament on Sunday, September 18, at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY.

The Violets finished the day with a 10-2 record in singles play and a 5-2 record in doubles play, for an overall record of 15-4 against their opponents from St. Francis College and host Fordham.

"We played great today," said NYU Head Coach Horace Choy. "We dominated both teams."

NYU was once again led by senior Umberto Setter, who won both of his singles matches in straight sets to finish the weekend with a perfect 4-0 record.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:

- Juniors Jiri Honajzer and Samuel Khoshbin defeated Fordham's Steven Duka and Gabriel Mashaal 6-1 and finished the weekend with a 3-0 record as a doubles team. Both players went 2-0 in singles play this weekend, as well.

- Freshman Vishal Walia won both of his singles matches and his lone doubles match on Sunday, and also finished the tournament with a spotless 5-0 record.

"I liked what I saw from Vishal and the freshman class," added Choy. "I look forward to seeing how they progress this year and into the future."
