The New York University men's track & field team completed its stay at the Penn Relays, which are being held at Franklin Field on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.

A small contingent of team members took to the track on Friday, April 28. 

The Violets took 20th place in the men's distance medley relay, finishing ahead of NCAA Division I teams Boston College, Iona College and Monmouth University. The foursome of seniors Caleb Su and Nick Karam, junior Neil Saddler, and freshman Benjamin Heintz registered a season-best time of 10:13.15. 

"The men's DMR had a very good run against some top teams," said Head Coach Erison Hurtault. "Evelyn continues to climb in the national rankings and Simone had another solid jump, knocking on the door of qualifying for nationals."
