Three UAA teams are ranked in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Preseason Top 25. University of Rochester is ranked 10th after earning a trip to the NCAA Division III Softball Championship finals last season.
Two of three UAA co-champions also made the preseason poll with Emory University ranked 16th and Washington University ranked 21st.
