Washington University junior pitcher Annie Pitkin posted a 2-0 record with a 0.47 earned run average, striking out 27 hitters in 15 innings without a walk. She allowed just one hit and struck out nine in a 9-0 five-inning complete-game victory over Greenville College. Pitkin followed that with a school-record 18 strikeouts in a 3-1, 10-inning complete-game win at Monmouth College on Saturday. She leads NCAA Division III in wins (16) and strikeouts (171).
