2017 ITA Women's National Team Indoor Championship Field Announced With Four UAA Teams Entered

Four UAA teams, including defending NCAA Division III Champion Emory University, will play in the 2017 ITA Women's Indoor National Team Indoor Championship to be hosted by Sewanee University of the South.

The championship will be held Mar. 3-5, 2017, at the Adams Tennis Complex in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. 

The Eagles will be making their first appearance in the tournament since capturing the title in 2011. All eight teams in the women’s championship ended the 2016 season ranked in the top-15.

Other UAA teams in the field are University of Chicago (No. 10) and Washington University (No. 11), who each reached the Elite 8 last season, and Carnegie Mellon University (No. 12), which has finished as the tournament's runner-up each of the past five seasons.

Rounding out the field is defending ITA champion Pomona Pitzer Colleges (No. 6), host Sewanee (No. 13), 2013-15 ITA champion Johns Hopkins University (No. 14), and University of Mary Washington (No. 15).
