Carnegie Mellon University sophomore Jamie Vizelman (Highland Heights, Ohio/Mayfield) was honored as the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Corvias Division III Women's Tennis Athlete of the Month for March on Thursday, April 6. Vizelman helped the now 12th-ranked Tartans to a 4-4 mark during the month, including a win over Amherst College, ranked seventh in the nation at the time, and a fifth-place showing at the ITA National Team Indoor Championship.

Vizelman posted a 6-1 record at No. 3 singles and a 5-3 mark at No. 3 doubles. Three of her wins came against the No. 3 singles player on the No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8 teams in Division III. The sophomore has an overall record of 18-6 in singles play and 14-6 in doubles play this season.
