University of Chicago track athlete Michelle Dobbs was awarded post-meet honors on Thursday in the wake of the 2014 University Athletic Association (UAA) Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Dobbs was named Women's Rookie of the Year. The freshman won all three of her events - once as an individual in the 800 meters (2:14.98), and then again as the anchor leg in both the 4x400-meter relay (3:53.94) and the 4x800-meter relay (9:20.85). Her fast finishes in the relay races secured a pair of titles for the Maroons.

In the final team standings, UChicago took second place out of seven teams on the women's side.
