From University of Rochester Athletics

The American Volleyball Coaches Association has named the University of Rochester as a recipient of the AVCA Team Academic Award for the 2014-15 season.
 
The award, which initiated in the 1992-93 academic year, honors college and scholastic volleyball teams that maintain a cumulative 3.30 grade point average on a 4.00 scale.
 
This was a record setting year for the Team Academic Award for the AVCA. A total of 752 volleyball programs on all levels were honored. Among NCAA Division III teams, Rochester is one of 140 teams to receive the honor.
