The No. 15-ranked University of Chicago volleyball team stretched its win streak to six matches after beating Simpson College and Aurora University 3-0 at Aurora's Jim Coleman Memorial Classic on Friday.

The Maroons (6-0) have now swept five opponents in straight sets and have only dropped two sets so far this year.

UChicago 3, Simpson 0 (25-13, 25-12, 25-12)

Defensively, UChicago shut down Simpson as the Storm committed 16 errors versus 15 kills. It is the second time this season that the Maroons have held an opponent to a negative hitting percentage. On the other side, UChicago hit .326 as a team.

Senior outside hitter Maren Loe posted 11 kills and no errors on 18 attempts for a .611 hitting percentage. Junior middle blocker Katie LaPorte scored nine kills on 14 attempts for a .571 hitting percentage. Senior setter Ragine Graves totaled 26 assists and 13 digs. Freshman libero Brooke Watson tied for the team lead with 13 digs.

UChicago 3, Aurora 0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-21)

The Maroon offense clicked on all cylinders in the nightcap, posting a team hitting percentage of .362. UChicago only committed eight attack errors in the match and beat Aurora for the second time this season.

Senior outside hitter Jasmine Mobley hit .500 after spiking 16 kills on only 28 attempts. Loe recorded a double-double with 18 kills and a season-high 17 digs. Graves handed out 37 assists to go with 10 digs on defense for her fourth double-double of the year.
