Top-ranked Emory University earned the top seed for the 2022 UAA Men's Golf Championship this weekend at the Hammock Beach Resort Conservatory Course in Palm Coast, Florida.

The Eagles have won each of the past four Association titles from 2016 through 2019. No championship was held in 2020 or 2021 due to COVID-19.

The top-seeded Eagles will face fourth-seeded University of Rochester in one semifinal on Saturday, while second-seeded and seventh-ranked Carnegie Mellon University plays third-seeded and 19th-ranked NYU in the other semifinal. The winners will face off for the UAA title on Sunday, while the other two teams will play for third place.

The format is 18-hole tournament match play conducted among the participating teams. Teams consist of five players. Each twosome match is worth one point and shall be played until a team winner is determined, when the first team reaches three points.
