Emory University senior Will Wanner went undefeated in singles and doubles to help lead the Eagles to their second consecutive NCAA Division III Men’s Tennis Championship title. He teamed with Andrew Esses to win all three matches at No. 2 doubles and dropped a total of nine games in six sets in three straight-set victories in singles. He posted a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles against Brandeis University, a 6-1, 6-1 victory at fourth singles against Johns Hopkins University, and then a 6-0, 6-4 decision against Case Western Reserve University in the Eagles’ 5-2 win.
