The Washington University in St. Louis men's cross country program netted a fourth-place finish today at the 2019 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships in Louisville, Ky., at the E.P. Tom Sawyer Park.
The No. 10-ranked men's program finished in fourth-place after tallying 193 total points. Senior Nick Matteucci led the Bears on the course with a time of 24:49.5 to finish 20thearning All-American status, while senior Marco Quaroni was also named as an All-American after he posted a time of 24:56.2 (38th).
Sophomore Patrick Norrick crossed the finish line at 25:10.3 (56th). Junior Tucker Cera posted a time of 25:11.8 (62nd) as sophomore Jacob Ridderhoff rounded out the Bears with a time of 25:13.5.
