All Eight UAA Women's Soccer Teams Nationally Ranked or Receiving Votes; Carnegie Mellon Ranked Second

The first United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Top 25 poll of the regular season features six UAA women's soccer programs ranked and the other two receiving votes.

Carnegie Mellon University is one of three Association teams in the top-10, ranked second. Washington University is ranked sixth and defending national runner-up Case Western Reserve University is ranked eighth.

University of Rochester is ranked 15th with NYU and Emory University 23rd and 24th, respectively. Brandeis University and University of Chicago each received votes in the opening poll.

Entering play on Friday, UAA teams have compiled a combined 30-1-5 record for a .903 winning percentage.

Association play begins on Saturday, Sept. 30.
