D3hoops.com announced its All-Region awards, and two University of Rochester women's basketball players, graduate student Katie Titus and senior Callie McCulley, were among those recognized for their achievement on the court this season.

Titus was the Region 3 Player of the Year and a First Team selection, while McCulley earned Third Team honors within the region, which encompasses most of New York State Division III programs.
 
Titus becomes just the second Yellowjacket to become D3hoops.com Regional Player of the Year, joining Alexandra Leslie, who earned the honor in back-to-back seasons in 2015-16 and 2016-17.
 
Players for the regional awards were nominated and voted on by the respective Sports Information Directors from schools within that region. Regions with 40 or more teams get three All-Region squads named, while regions which have less than 40 participating teams has just a first and second team.
 
Individuals selected for the All-Region teams now move onto the ballot to be considered for D3hoops.com All-America awards which will be announced later this month.
 
Titus, who used her final year of eligibility after transferring to Rochester from Division II Daemen College, led the Yellowjackets in 2022-23 with a 21.4 point per game scoring average. She also pulled down 8.2 rebounds per game, dished out 2.3 assists per game while adding 47 steals and 23 blocks. She was named First Team All-UAA following the season.
 
The graduate student also shot 52.0 percent from the floor (211-406), 36.1 percent from 3-point range (57-158) and 79.7 percent from the free throw line (55-69). She combined to lead the team in 12 key statistical categories and helped the Yellowjackets to a 16-9 overall record on the season.
 
Her season totals ranked 7th in all of Division III in field goals made, 13th in points per game, 15th in total points, 36th in field goal percentage and 46th in 3-point percentage. Additionally, she was among the countries leaders in field goal attempts, total rebounds and rebounds per game and 3-pointers made and attempts.
 
Within the Rochester record books, Titus ranks third in a single-season with her 534 total points, is fourth in field goals made and fifth in scoring average. She scored a career-high 39 points in a win against Brandeis in mid-February, ranking as the second most in a single-game in program history.
 
Titus used her final season to reached 2,000 career points for her career, spanning five seasons, ending with 2,046 overall points. She also finished with 1,005 rebounds spanning her Daemen and Rochester careers.
 
McCulley had a career year in 2022-23, recording 10.0 points per game and 8.0 rebounds per game while leading the Yellowjackets with 50 blocked shots. She combined to shoot personal-best from the field (44.7%) and 3-point range (32.7%) while adding a career-high 66 assists (2.6 apg). She also made 56-of-98 (57.1%) from the free throw line and chipped in 20 steals while starting all 25 contests.
 
The LeRoy, New York native earned Second Team All-UAA honors following the season and was among the top-50 in Division III in blocks per game (45th, 2.00) and total blocks. She also cracked the top-200 players in the country in rebounds per game and defensive rebounding (162nd, 5.8 drpg).
 
In addition to her season-long success, McCulley also excelled in several big games for the Yellowjackets. During the season-opener against Texas-Dallas, she notched a UR school record eight blocked shots. She followed that up with a strong performance against Messiah the next night and earned MVP honors in the UR Chuck Resler Tournament. McCulley added 15 points and nine rebounds in a big regional win over Ithaca in December and set a new career-high with 19 points against #8 NYU in January.
